    PRIVATE ALVIN LEACH HONORED AT FAMILY DINNER

    A family dinner in honor of Pvt. Alvin Leach, home of furlough, was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Black on Sunday, April 18.

    Attending were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Leach and children, Alvin, Neva, Marjorie, Joe, and Phylis, Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Burton and son Donald, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Wilmington and daughter Rosa Irene, Mr. and Mrs. John Black and Norma Singleton, all of Lowell; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Leach and children, Mary Mabel, Jackie Lee, and Bonnie, of Hebron; Miss Adah Hancock of Chicago, and Miss Maxine Leach of Hobart.
