Alvin Sargent
In Memoriam
Of Cleo and Norman Sargent, who passed away one year ago.
- Those who saw you in your little caskets,
Pure while and oh so fair,
Thought you were the light of Heaven
As you lay so sweetly there.
Just one year ago you left us,
How we miss you, little darlings,
And remember all your sweetness,
As we drop a silent tear.
They are sleeping in the cold, cold ground
The dark blue sky above them,
They were too good and sweet for earth
None knew them, but to love them.
Their dear fair forms have faded now,
Their cheeks have lost their roses,
Their pure while souls, so free from sin,
In Heaven now reposes.
Badly missed but silently mourned by Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Sargent and sons.
