In the Dec. 27, 1917, issue of The Lowell Tribune, Arthur Heiser is listed as serving in the Coast Artillery (page 6, column 6).

A family history done by William Heiser of Crown Point, Indiana, lists Arthur Leo Heiser as the son of Henry John Heiser and Mary Martha Berg. Born on Mar. 19, 1897, in Hammond, Indiana, he eloped with Edith Turner (1900-1981) on Oct. 22, 1924. Arthur Heiser died Jan. 22, 1968.

The following June 4, 1925, Lowell Tribune marriage announcement appeared on page 1, column 6:
The marriage of Arthur L. Heiser and Miss Edith Turner was announced Monday. The young couple were married October 22nd of last year and kept their friends in ignorance of it until Monday. The groom is the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Heiser and is a young man who has a large circle of friends. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Turner of Eagle Creek township and is a most estimable young lady. She is a teacher in the public school near Winfield. The young couple will make their home in Lowell.

It is rather late for congratulations, but we join the large circle of friends of the bride and groom in extending congratulations and best wishes.
