MRS. A.C. FRANKLIN, 33 DIES AT LAKE VILLAGE

Bertha Evelyn Franklin, 33, wife of A.C. Franklin, Lake Village, died suddenly Tuesday, May 31. Thought to be recovering satisfactorily from a recent operation, her death came as a shock to her host of friends in this community.

Funeral services will be held at Lake Village, Friday, at 3 p.m. (D.S.T.), Rev. T.H. Adkins of Crown Point, officiating. Interment will be made in Lake Village cemetery, in charge of Kenneth Sheets. The body may be viewed at Sheets funeral home until noon Friday.
