This unidentified newspaper article, hand-dated Nov. 1913, was found in a scrapbook owned by Town Historian Richard Schmal:

C.B. Viant has opened up his barber shop and billiard hall in the building formerly occupied by Thomas Arnott. He has put in all new fixtures, and has a very up-to-date place.
