The following February 4, 1943, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 5 column 2:

Carl Lightfoot was taken quite ill last Friday when he started down town with the Arthur Hilzley car. Mrs. Hilzley saw him in the car and with the help of neighbors, took him to the Hilzley home. He is still confined to the house but is improving.
