Claud C. Osburn (1878 -1978)

The following obituary was found in the April 12, 1978, Lowell Tribune on page 20, column 6:
    Claud C. Osburn, age 100, of Shelby, passed away Monday, April 3, 1978, at his residence. Survivors include six grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral services were held April 5 at Sheets Funeral Home in Lowell with Rev. Daniel Patterson officiating. Burial took place at Orchard Grove Cemetery in Lowell. Mr. Osburn was a retired farmer and was a charter member of the Range Line Presbyterian Church.
