    Obituary

    Clinton C. Hill, son of John and Esther Hill, was born October 7, 1858, and departed this life August 17 at the age of 57 years, 10 months and 10 days, at his home on Indiana avenue, Crown Point.

    He was married three times, the first union being to Lydia E. Antrim in March 1880, who met an untimely death in the state of Kansas in July 1896, leaving four children -- Mabel Hein, of Chicago; Lulu Saxton, of Des Moines, Ia.; Gladys Gundvordahl, of Burke, South Dakota; and Ralph C. Hill, who died in June 1915. His second marriage was to Mrs. Anna E. Taylor, of Creston, in 1904, and the deceased was again made a widower in 1913. He married Mrs. Grace M. Cottrill July 2, 1914, who with a mother, Esther E. Hill, and two brothers, Oscar Hill of Hammond, and Chas. Hill of Lowell, are left to mourn his departure.
