The following article, under the Lake Dalecarlia heading, was found in the April 6, 1944, Lowell Tribune on page 2, column 4:

Word from Lt. and Mrs. E.W. Brown states that they have arrived in Los Angeles. They stopped over here for a day after coming from Dayton, Ohio.
