The following undated, unidentified newspaper article was found in a copy of Helen Craft's Scrapbook at the Lowell Public Library:

Married at Crown Point, Friday, April 9, Judge M.A. Sanders officiating, Alfred Markee, of this city to Miss Ella Drent of Chicago. The contracting parties are well and favorably known here by many friends who join the Tribune in wishing them happiness and prosperity.
