    FORMER LOWELL GIRL DIES

    Miss Ernestine Hayden, a former Lowell girl, died in the Harvey, Ill., hospital last Friday, following a two weeks illness. She was about 16 years of age and formerly lived here with her parents. Ernestine was a young lady who was highly respected and had a host of friends who sincerely mourn her death. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the M.E. church at Hammond. Interment was made in the Oak Hill cemetery.
