Survivors include his wife, Sarah; three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Rimer and Mrs. Gladys Davenport, both of Orlando, Florida, and Mrs. Nora Hall of Crown Point; three grandchildren; two brothers, Frank of Danville, Ill., and Conrad of Terre Haute; also one sister, Mrs. Lena Hefner of Center Point, Indiana, and many friends.

He laid in state at the Sheets Funeral Home until Wednesday morning when he was removed to Center Point, near Brazil, for memorial services conducted by Rev. Verne Rector. Interment was made in the Oak Hill cemetery at Riley, Indiana.
