Gary W. Cauley
- Army Private First Class Gary W. Cauley, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles B. Cauley, Cedar Lake, Ind., was assigned as an asphalt specialist in Company A of the 577th Engineer Battalion near Tuy Hoa, Vietnam, recently.

Gary W. Cauley, son of Mrs. Lulla B.Cauley , Cedar Lake, was promoted August 25 to Army specialist four in Vietnam, where he is serving with the 577th Engineer Battalion.Spec. Cauley, an asphalt machine operator in the battalion's Company A near Tuy Hoa, entered the Army in February 1966, completed basic training at Ft. Polk, La., and was stationed near Hanau, Germany, before arriving in Vietnam.
The 19-year-old soldier attend Crown Point High School.
