Gilbert Pattee (1898-1966)

This unidentified newspaper article, hand-dated Feb. 5, 1914 [Sixty Years Ago], was found in a scrapbook owned by Town Historian Richard Schmal:
While Gilbert Pattee and Pauline and Glenn Kelsey were driving home from school Tuesday evening the horse became frightened and ran away, throwing them out, They were all quite badly bruised up, the little Kelsey girl being thrown into the wire fence. The horse was caught at Frank Potter's, it having kicked loose from the buggy, which was badly damaged.
