The following October 21, 1926, Lowell Tribune article appeared on page 1, column 5:

    RUBLE - DICKINSON

    Chester C. Ruble and Miss Gladys R. Dickinson were united in marriage at the Christian church parsonage in Lowell, Friday, October 15. Rev. F.B. Nickerson, pastor of the church, performed the ceremony.

    The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Byron Ruble, and the bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Dickinson. The young couple are among our most highly esteemed citizens and have a host of friends who will join us in extending congratulations and best wishes.
