The following November 22, 1951, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 2, column 4:
    Pvt. Harold L. Koonce who has served with Co. C of the 484th Engr. Construction Bn. for 3 years was discharged from Camp Atterbury yesterday, Wednesday, and is at home with his family.
