The following portion of an unidentified newspaper article was found in a scrapbook owned by Town Historian Richard Schmal:
    Services for Harry A. Tatman, 71, of Elgin, Illinois, who died Wednesday at the Masonic home at Sullivan, Illinois, will take place at Sheets Funeral home, Lowell at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Rev. Mr. Longton of the Church of God at Sullivan will officiate there and for the burial in Lowell cemetery.

    Survivors are his wife, Goldie, and a daughter Mrs. Louise Beldin, of Elgin; three brothers, William of Lowell, Ernest of New Mexico and Ronald of Chicago; and three grandchildren.
