Clark - Cole
The marriage of Harry Clark, of this city and Miss Estelle Cole, of Philo, Ill., took place at Danville on Wednesday afternoon. The ceremony was performed by Rev. W.L. Conkel, pastor of the Presbyterian Church. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Lydia Cole, of Philo. She looked charming in a blue traveling gown of broadcloth, with hat to match, and wore a corsage bouquets of sweetheart and ophelia roses.The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. H.M. Clark, 607 W. Church Street. He attended the University and is a member of the Alpha Tau Omeda [sic] fraternity. For some time he has been associated in managing a branch of the Clark Monument Co., at Lowell, Ind. He spent 18 months in England as a member of the 210 Aero squadron.
The young couple left on a wedding trip through the east, and upon their return will reside in Lowell, where the groom will manage his father's farm. -- Champaign News-Gazette
