Hazel Lenora "Dolly" Cox (1922-1927)
DEATH OF LITTLE GIRL
Hazel Lorena, little Dolly, Cox was born to Genevieve and Fred Cox at Shelby, Ind., December 25, 1922, and died at her home at Thayer, Ind., April 13, 1927. Besides her parents she leaves two grand mothers, one great grand-mother and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services were held at the Christian church at Shelby Friday, April 15th, at 1 p.m. Rev. J. K. Woerner, of Hessville, had charge of the services. Interment was made in Momence cemetery in charge of Undertakers Sheets and Son. The following acted as pall-bearers: William DeFries, James Dickey, Donald Dickey and William Sirois. The following little girls acted as flower bearers: Edith Childers, Ruby Sirois, Mary Dickey and Jean Cox.
