    Awarded Medical Badge

    With 103rd (Cactus) Division in Austria -- The Medical Badge, established as a means of recognizing the important role being performed by medical personnel on duty with infantry units, has been awarded to Pfc. Jacob Kats, route 1, Lowell, for daily sharing with the infantry of the 410th Infantry Regt. of the 103rd Division the hazards and hardships of combat.
