The following article appeared on page 1, column 4, of the Feb. 12, 1925, Lowell Tribune:

    DIES FROM EFFECTS OF FALL

    James Dunlay slipped and fell near his home in Lake Village last Saturday, striking the back of his head. He was taken home and [given] medical aid, but he only lived a few hours after the accident. He was 70 years 3 months and 28 days of age.

    Undertaker William Sheets was called and prepared the body for burial and shipped it to Chicago. Funeral services were held Tuesday and interment was made in the Mr. Olivet cemetery.
