The following July 20, 1944, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 5, column 2:
- Announcements have been received here of the marriage of James Hunt, a former Lowell boy and graduate of L.H.S., on July 3rd, to Miss Helen May Schramm, in Detroit. The groom, a son of Mr. David Hunt, now residing at Lafayette, is serving in the navy.
