    Jay L. Worley, 30, of Lowell, IN, passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 1995. He is survived by his mother, Nancy Worley of Lowell; four sons, Jason, Tim, Robert and Cody Worley; two brothers, Harry Worley and Joseph (Mae) Worley; five sisters, Lori June (Rodney) Lovejoy, Dana (Kyle) Sharkey, Janet Nugent, JoAnne (Roger) Worley-Perry and Rose (Clayton) Surber; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by father, Joseph B. Worley, in 1992 and sister, Mary Louise Allen, in 1971.

    Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 28, 1995, 11 a.m. at the Sheets Funeral Home, 604 E. Commercial Ave., Lowell, Indiana, with Pastor Jesse Spencer officiating. Burial in Orchard Grove Cemetery, Lowell, Indiana. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Friday 1 to 9 p.m.

    Mr. Worley was an employee of Coded Film Company of Chicago Heights; graduate of Lowell High School, class of 1983, and a trustee and officer of the Loyal Order of Moose #2437. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
