Laura M. Einspahr
- Miss Laura M. Einspahr arrived home Friday for an extended vacation, having resigned her position as superintendent of the Drs. Conn and Hartley hospital at Battle Creek, Iowa. She expects to return there later and do private nursing, the demand for nurses being great there.

Laura Einspahr, 66, Dies in Iowa
Sympathy is expressed to the relatives and friends of Miss Laura Einsphar, 66, who died Sunday, Oct. 23, in her home at Cedar Falls, Iowa, after a lingering illness.Miss Einspahr was born and reared in Lowell, the daughter of Frederick and Dorothea (Frederick) Einspahr.
Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Sheets funeral Home with Rev. E.L. Worley officiating . Interment was made in the German Methodist cemetery near Lowell.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Russell Hasemann of Freedom, Ind., and Mrs. Minor Collins of Lowell; two brothers, Peter of Lowell; and Fred of Odebault, Iowa, besides a host of other relatives and friends.
