The following April 29, 1943, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 5, column 3:

A number of friends were invited by Mrs. Leo Grange to a party in honor of her husband's birthday on Saturday, April 17. Prizes in the pinochle games were awarded to Mrs. Fred Merrill and Dr. Franklin Petry.
