Mrs. G.S. Clark received a letter from her son Leon a few days ago in which he said he had received his commission as a captain and had also been chosen as a member of the Advisory Board of the Fourth Regiment of Engineers. He is located at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. We congratulate him on his appointment.
