    CALLED TO URBANA, ILL. BY DEATH OF SON

    Perry Brannon was called to Urbana, Ill., Wednesday of last week by the death of his son, Marshall Brannon, 60, who passed away very suddenly from a heart attack. He was a professor at the University of Illinois, a position he had held for a number of years.

    He was well known here, having visited in Lowell many times.

    Funeral services and interment were held at Urbana.
