    DEATH OF MRS. TRAVERS

Mrs. George P. Travers, who has been in very poor health for several years, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.A. Dinwiddie Wednesday morning, July 9th. She was 86 years, 4 months and 28 days of age. She leaves to mourn her, one daughter, Mrs. J.A. Dinwiddie, and one grand-son, Abbott Dinwiddie, and a host of friends.

Mrs. Travers has made her home with her daughter for many years and during her residence here has made a wide circle of friends, who will sincerely mourn her. She lived a Christian life and it was a great consolation to her in her sickness to know that soon she would be called to her heavenly home.

Funeral services were held at the residence at 1 P.M. Friday. The remains were taken to Valparaiso for interment beside her husband.
