LAWLER - KIMMET NUPTIALS
St. Hilary's church, Chicago, was the scene of [a] very pretty wedding on June 19, when Miss Blanche Lawler, of Chicago, became the bride of Raymond Kimmet, of Lowell.The bride, who was given at the altar by her father, was lovely in a gown of white satin and wore a veil. She carried an arm bouquet of bride's roses and lilies of the valley. The bride's maid, Miss Annamarie Dilaney, wore a gown of peach tulle with accessories to match and carried a bouquet of pink roses and blue larkspur.
The ceremony, celebrated by Father Burke, took place at 10 o'clock and was followed by a wedding breakfast at the Edgewater Beach Hotel. The guest list included only the relatives of the bride and groom and a few close friends. After the honeymoon trip, Mr. and Mrs. Kimmet will be at home in the Honey Moon Apartments at 2552 Ardmore St., Chicago.
