The following article was found under a photo in the August 20, 1953, Lowell Tribune on page 4, columns 2-3:
    Corporal Richard D. Green . . . of Lake Dalecarlia, operates a material handling tractor and truck trailer as Sergeant Roland Cablenz . . . checks load of Army rations to be unloaded from truck to pier at Ft. Eustis, Virginia. Both men are members of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company 425th T.H.T.D., a Chicago area reserve organization. Dick is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Green of East Commercial Avenue.
