    CAVINDER - AUGUSTINE WEDDING SATURDAY

At four o'clock, Saturday afternoon, Miss Rita Cavinder, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Cavinder of Lowell, became the bride of Richard Augustine, son of Mr. and Mrs. F.M. Augustine of West Creek. The simple ceremony was performed by Rev. E.L. Worley in his home on Michigan Ave., with only members of the immediate families present.

For her wedding costume the bride chose a grey wool suit with brown accessories and an orchid corsage. Mrs. Clayton Cavinder, her sister-in-law, was matron of honor, and Clayton Cavinder attended as best man.

The bride attended Lowell high school and the groom, a graduate of Lowell high school, is an employee of the Sinclair Oil Co. in East Chicago.

The couple will reside at Cedar Lake.
