Robert C. Minninger, age 77, a resident of the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Marion, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2000. He is survived by one sister, Joan (Harold) Snyder of Lowell, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. April 1 at Sheets Funeral Home in Lowell, with Pastor Gregory S. Hon officiating. Burial followed at West Creek Cemetery in Lowell. Robert Minninger was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and had resided at the VA Medical Center since 1943.
