Sampson D. Cooper, Jr.

Sampson D. Cooper, Jr.

A January 21, 1943, Lowell Tribune article (page 2, column 1) stated that Simpson D.J. Cooper was sent to Atlantic City, N.J., for basic training. (Note that the different spelling of his name is as it appeared in the paper.)

This Lowell Tribune article was found in the December 20, 1945, issue (page 4, column 3):
Sampson D. Cooper, Jr., has been discharged from the service and is now at his home near Lowell.
