The following article was found on page 5, column 3 of the July 19, 1917, Lowell Tribune:
    Thomas Brady, residing northwest of Hebron, while out after cattle during the storm last Friday, was struck by lightning and instantly killed. He was a young man well liked by a large circle of friends.
