Verna June Worley (1931-1932)

The following article, hand dated Jan. 7, 1932, was found in the Lowell Public Library local history clipping files (LH--Vital Statistics, vol. 3, page 39):
    Verna June, the four-month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edson Worley, passed away at the home of its parents, at Donovan, Ill., Jan. 10. Funeral services were held at the Christian Church in Donovan Tuesday at 2 p.m. Rev. McFadden, of Boswell, conducted the service. Interment in the Donovan Cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Worley were former residents of Lowell, Mr. Worley having been a former employee of the Tribune, and they have the sincere sympathy of their many friends here at their old home in their sad bereavement.
