The Angel of Death is calling
        The weary ones home.
        There to abide forever
        No more to roam.

Dear Frank has been taken from us
        By this Angel of Death.
"I am ready to go," he answered
        With his dying breath.

        His suffering now are over.
        No pain does he know.
He was washed by the blood of Jesus --
        Whiter than snow.

        Now with Beckoning hands
        He bids us come
        To join the heavenly throng
        In the eternal home.
