William "Will" Beeman

A copy of the following newspaper article, hand-identified as being from the April 21, 1954, Tribune, was found in a scrapbook owned by Town Historian Richard Schmal:

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hathaway and Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Brown attended funeral services held Saturday afternoon at Monticello for William Beeman. Reared in the Orchard Grove community, he married Mary Hayden, who passed away in 1916. She was an aunt of Mrs. Hayden and Mrs. Hathaway. Survivors include his widow and one daughter, Mrs. Maurine Wilson, also one grandchild, all of Monticello.
