The Mission of the Lowell Public Library (Lowell, Shelby, Schneider) is to provide a friendly and safe environment for everyone to connect in our growing communities. We offer a variety of diverse resources and programs to meet current needs and future needs.

The Friends of the Lowell Public Library

The Friends of the Lowell Public Library, Inc. is a nonprofit organization created to support and enhance the Lowell Public Library and the Schneider and Shelby branch libraries.
