Plat of the Town of Lowell -- 1852

The 16 original lots of the Town of Lowell, platted in 1852 by Melvin Halsted, were located in an area bordered by Mill St. on the west, Main St. on the north, and Clark St. on the east. Halsted's own brick home was located on the northeast corner of Main St. and Halsted St.
