Plaque Dedication, May 2003
Olde Town Square Park in downtown Lowell was dedicated to Town Historian Richard “Dick” Schmal on May 10 by the Town of Lowell, Lowell Parks Department, Lowell Chamber of Commerce and Lowell Downtown Merchants Association and the Lowell Mainstreet Association.
