The following November 11, 1926, Lowell Tribune article appeared on page 1, column 3:
    Jurilla J. Rickenbrode, eldest child of William and Susannah Rickenbrode, was born near Fryburg, Penn., April 19, 1855, and departed this life at her home in Hebron Oct. 31, 1926, at the age of 71 years, 6 months and 12 days. Ate the age of ten she came with her parents to Indiana, near Lowell, where she lived until her marriage to William King, of Hebron, on December 11, 1878. She spent a number of years as teacher in the public schools near Hebron, continuing for some time after her marriage. On June 1, 1908, her companion was called to the Great Beyond.

    In early life she confessed her Savior, uniting with the M.E. church of which she was a faithful member until her death.

    On May 26, 1909, she was united in marriage to Andrew B. Gidley of Hebron.

    She leaves to mourn her departure, her husband, three step-children -- Mrs. Roy Childs, of Hebron, Charles Gidley, of Royal Center, and Loren Gidley, of Chicago. Also two sisters -- Mrs. Agnes King, of Turon, Kansas and Mrs. Dora Reichard, Alden, Mich.; four brothers -- H.J. Rickenbrode, Medora, Kansas, Jesse M. Daum, of Lowell, D.M. Daum, of Seattle, Washington, and Roy G. Daum, of East Chicago; besides a step sister, Clara Daum, of Grand Rapids, Mich. and a step-brother, N.F. Daum, of Neosha, Kansas.
