    Wedding Bells

    SURPRISE - MYERS

In Lowell, Dec. 25, at the home of the groom's parents, by Elder John Bruce, Clarence Surprise, of Lowell, Ind., to Ida A. Myers, of Allegan, Mich. Clarence is well and favorably known here and is one of Lowell's most promising and enterprising young men, and the bride of his choice from Mich. is a most estimable young lady. They will make their home on the farm known as the old home stead. That the choicest blessing of providence be theirs in their wedded life is the wish of their many friends.

The following information comes from the Surprise family CD-Rom created by Janet Umlauf:
Clarence SURPRISE was born on 30 Sep 1870 in Lowell, IN. Clarence has a furniture store up in Allegan, MI. Kenneth [Surprise] went up to work and that is how he met Ida Carlson.
