John K. Wheeler

This unidentified newspaper article, hand-dated May 1934, was found in a scrapbook owned by Town Historian Richard Schmal:

John K. Wheeler, formerly of Chicago, but residing south of town for some time, and Miss Evelyn Viant, of Lowell, were united in marriage last Friday morning. The ceremony was performed at the St. Edward church parsonage by Rev. Father Anthony Kroeger, in the presence of the immediate members of the families. The bride and groom were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Hutton. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bird Viant and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wheeler, of Chicago.
