    Albert Pattee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Pattee, recent Air Corps enlistee, left Indianapolis last Thursday for Sampson Base, New York.

This July 26, 1951, Lowell Tribune article was found page 2, column 2:
    Albert Pattee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Pattee, who recently enlisted in the Air Force, would be glad to receive cards or letters sent to the following address: Pvt. Albert F. Pattee, AF 16378013, 3667 Training Sq., Flight 529, Sampson Air Force Base, Geneva, New York.

This September 27, 1951, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 1, column 5:
    Pvt. Albert Pattee, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Pattee, U.S. Air Force enlistee, arrived home Thursday night from Sampson Air Force Base, Geneva, N.Y., where he had been in training since his enlistment on July 13th. Albert received a medical discharge.
