The following Dec. 29, 1916, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 4, column 4:
    Peter Heiser died at his home in Hanover township December 22nd, at the age of 79 years. His funeral was held at the St. Margaret's Catholic church in Hanover Center Tuesday at 10 a.m. Mr. Heiser was the father of Mrs. P.A. Berg and Joseph Heiser. Obituary next week.
NOTE: Unfortunately, the promised obituary was not found in the next week's paper.
