The following October 28, 1920, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 1, column 3:
Lydia Ann Hayden was born in Yellowhead township, Kankakee Co., Illinois, August 7, 1847, and passed away at her home in Huntley, Mont. On July 4, 1865, she was united in marriage to Levi P. Smith, deceased. To this union were born four children: Menzo Smith, of Stuttgart, Ark.; Willie Smith, of Lowell; Martha Kobelin, of Huntley, Mont., who departed this life February 18, 1918; one daughter dying in infancy.

On February 18, 1880, she was united in marriage to Gabriel Trump, of West Creek Township, Lake county, Ind. To this union was born one son, Otto Trump, of Huntley, Mont.

Mrs. Trump leaves to mourn her, her husband, three children, nineteen grand-children and one great-grandson. She united with the West Creek church September 1892. Letter to Huntley, Montana, Oct. 20, 1916.

The remains arrived here Saturday accompanied by her husband and her son Otto. Funeral services were held at the West Creek M.E. church Sunday, October 24. Rev. C.A. Brown preached the discourse from the text, "I will not leave you comfortless, I will come to you." -- John 14-18.

'Tis hard to break the tender cord,
When love has bound the heart.
'Tis hard, so hard, to speak the words
      We must forever part.
Dearest loved one we must lay thee,
      In the peaceful grave's embrace,
But thy memory will be cherished,
Until we see thy heavenly face.
