Partial List of our Soldier Dead

    The following is a list of the names of soldiers who are at rest in the Lowell cemetery, and also those buried on the battle field but who are remembered by monuments erected here. Owing to some soldiers’ graves having no headstones it is impossible to get all the names for this issue, therefore this list will be open for additions:

*NOTE -- The Alden V. Clark in this article is probably the same person as Alva V. Clark.

The Lowell Cemetery book in the Lowell Public Library shows that Adam VanAlstine served with the 113th Ill. Inf., and was buried at site A1.
