The following April 2, 1925 Lowell Tribune article appeared on page 1, column 5:

    MEMOIR

    Julia Lucinda, daughter of Justin and Sophronia McIntyre, was born in Villinova, Chautauqua County, New York, on Dec. 3, 1847. There were ten brothers and sisters in the family, of whom four are living: Mrs. Jane Slatyon of Lowell, Mrs. Esther Dillabaugh and Mrs. Euseba Sherman of Crown Point and Mrs. Francis Babcock of South Dayton, New York. Those who have preceded her in death are: Ella, Emmer, Aaron, Cordellow and Miner.

    In 1865 she was united in marriage to Edward Chaffee and to this union four children were born: Esther Wickline now in Florida, Roscoe of Crown Point, Indiana, and Rosa McGraw of Gary Indiana; Hattie died in infancy.

    Mr. Chaffee passed away in 1889 and in 1891 she was united in marriage to John Fehlman who preceded her in death six years ago.

    In 1921 Mrs. Fehlman united with the church of Christ of Crown Point of which she has since been a member.

    Mrs. Fehlman's health had been very poor for several years and on Wednesday morning March 25, at nine o'clock she passed away, aged 77 years, 3 months and 22 days. She leaves her three children and eight grandchildren. Besides her other relatives and host of friends to mourn her departure.

    Funeral services in charge of the Christian Minister, were held in Crown Point Friday at one o'clock at the home of her son Roscoe. Interment was made at Lowell, Ind.
