A Variety Shower
Miss Hazel Cable was hostess at a variety shower given at her home last Thursday afternoon, December 16th. The event was honor of Miss Zelma Anderson who is soon to be the bride of Clark Brownell. She was the recipient of many lovely gifts. Refreshments were served and a general good time was enjoyed by all.Those present were: Misses Zelma Anderson, Marguerite Brownell, Celia Normanson; Mesdames Earl Heckel, Otto Childress, Horace Carter, Roy Patte, Frank Patz, Roy Winbigler, William Black, W.A. Anderson, J.C. Brownell, H.A. Murr, L.A. Pattee, William Dickinson, and little Julia Black, Evelyn Patz, Marjorie Windbigler and Lemar Brownell.

Clark Brownell and Miss Zelma Anderson were united in marriage at the M.E. parsonage by the Rev. C.A. Brown Thursday, December 30, 1920. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Brownell and is one of our most highly esteemed young men. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Anderson and is a most estimable young lady. After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents.
