Julia A. Clement Hayden
(Mrs. Albert Hayden)

The following undated, unidentified newspaper article was found in a copy of Helen Craft's Scrapbook at the Lowell Public Library:

    Silver Wedding

The 25th anniversary of the marriage of Albert Hayden to Julia Clement was celebrated by the friends of Mr. and Mrs. Hayden at their beautiful farm residence January 26, 1897. The visitors were quite numerous and all enjoyed the happy occasion to the fullest extent. We trust the bride and groom will enjoy the returns of many such happy meetings. The presents were many and useful, and are as follows:

Silver sugar bowl, creamer and spoon holder, Mr. and Mrs. H.N. Clement and H.L. Clement.
Pickle fork, Mr. and Mrs. G.L. Trump.
Four silver dollars, Mr. and Mrs. John Buckley.
Silver cake basket, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hayden.
Silver sugar spoon and butter knife, Lewis Pattee and wife.
Linen towel, A.V. Bryant and wife.
Silver berry spoon, Sherman Hayden and wife.
Set silver table spoons, Will Brannon and wife.
Silver pickle castor, Willie Hayden and wife.
      China plate, Mrs. M.M. Clement.
Paper holder, Frank Schmal and wife.
Pickle castor, Westley Griesel . . . [The article was cut off at this point.]
